Barry Durman

Barry Durman has over 15 years experience as a course tutor for some of the most respected training providers in the industry. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Credit Management (FICM) and the Institute of Management Consultancy (FCMC).

Having spent the last seventeen years successfully running his own business which offers Consultancy and Training in Credit Management and Customer Services, he possesses an in-depth knowledge of best practice in Credit Management, Order Processing and Customer Services.

His clients include many FTSE 250 companies across a diverse range of industries including Newspapers, Hotels, Builders Merchants, Utilities, Telecoms, Manufacturing and Retailing. Barry's enthusiasm for his work spills over to his training style. He has an informal approach and concentrates on practical ideas that can be implemented on return to the workplace
