| A Graydon Web-Affiliate or web-partner
of Graydon is an individual or organisation who
has signed Graydon's Affiliate Agreement and
plans to have or has one or more web sites that
can link to Graydon products and services with
either banners and/or links that provide relevant
information or content. Graydon operates a Web-Affiliate
programme based on commission of up to 20%
payable on the sales introduced through referrals
generated via mutually agreed and established
"unique" web-affiliate links (hyperlinks, banners
or gateways).
Graydon Web-Affiliate
programme allows other web sites (called
Affiliates) to carry banner advertising for
Graydon and/or links to Graydon online service(s)
and its products. When the relevant banner ads (and/or
links) are clicked on at an (affiliate's)
website, the visitors are then taken to Graydon
online search/retrieval functionality to be
presented with a number of choices (online
reports to search and retrieve) and other
relevant Graydon products or service offering(s).
Our Affiliate programme then allows the
referrals to be traced to its source in order to
calculate the commission (up to 20%). With this
business model, (affiliate) sites that carry
Graydon banners are paid a percentage of the
sales transaction amount when any sales are made
to the referred customers.

Graydon reserves
the right to accept or reject applications that
could be appropriate to join this programme and
will reply to you as soon as possible.
While this
Agreement is often referred to as the Affiliate
Partner Agreement, this Agreement does not
operate to create a Partnership or Agency
relationship between you and Graydon UK Limited.
